This one stole the show for the night.
Appearance: Hazy yellow with a thin head.
Aroma: Medium intensity tropical fruit with a touch of acid. If you told me it wasn't dry hopped and was just a brett beer, I would have believed you. That kind of fruity/funk/tart.
Flavor: Hop bursting is much more evident. Sour pineapple, grapefruit, and guava. Acidity is present and balanced but not puckering.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied, dry, little to no present bitterness.
Overall: One of the best kettle sours I've ever had.
