This is Siberius Maximus aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels on toasted coconut flakes and dark roasted coffee beans. On cask at the 2017 ACAF.
This is a fantastic beer; that much is evident from the aroma alone. Rich, complex yet balanced in the nose and in the mouth. Well hidden alcohol. Black and opaque.
All of the ingredients seem to be in just the right proportions and play well with wash other.
Strong flavor but dangerously compelling and easy to drink. Criticism? ... Just a touch sweeter than optimal.
