Appearance: Pours a clear, light, yellow-toned body with nearly half an inch of receding, relaxed, white suds.
Smell: Displays a clean, grainy nose with delicate citrus and grassy components with a backing of peppercorn.
Taste: V's got a firm, almost unapologetic graininess which launches the flavor, yielding a bit of toastiness and a modest crackery component. Softly floral, grassy, peppery hops with a mild-mannered duo of orange-lemon citrusnicity. Gently bitter. Finishes nicely dry and reasonably crisp.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-plus carbonation.
Overall: Briskly bounces between it's grassiness, it's graininess and the citrus accents. Good stuff.
