Appearance: Well-hazed, staunchy yellow, akin to whipped egg yolks. Half inch of soft white suds on top.
Smell: Citrus, lightly tropical with some woodsy herbaceousness, zest.
Taste: Crustless white bread, delicate in flavor. Minimally sweet. Has a pleasing seemingly wheat/oat richness about it without that uncooked roux/grain paste taste that usually comes with it. Tropical fruits and florals with a good level of juiciness to it, also some white wine characteristics and faint undercurrents of spicy woodsiness and dehydrated herbs. Also minimally bitter. Smooth, crispish finish with splash of white sangria.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Goodly carbonated but has a decided smoothness about it.
Overall: Very nice. Brimming with an abundance of quality flavors, set at a good ABV and having a marked easy of drinkability.
