Appearance: Pours a relatively clear, light tan-copper body with a slim, whitish head.
Smell: Lightly toasted bread crust, a hint of fresh cracked grain and a very clean, very light hint of yeastiness.
Taste: Rich bready, biscuity vibe with again that accent of graininess. Faintly herbal, lightly floral hop character with minimal imparted bitterness. Solidly clean finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Why, it's just what you'd want from the style. A super easy-drinking beer with a lovely malt character.
