This new batch of Juice Willis is hopped with Mosaic & Mosaic then dry hopped with Mosaic & a touch more Mosaic. We utilized biotransformation technique in the brewing process to fully showcase the hop aromas and flavors. Expect peachy dankness and grapefruit citrus flavors with tropical fruit sweetness.

Had Juice Willis: OOPS, All Mosaic IPA poured from pint can, labeled merely "Juice Willis IPA," and hand-marked Canned: "4/14[/2023]," purchased at Wrecking Bar Brewpub, Atlanta, into nonic pint.
Pours cloudy lemon-gold, with 1-finger near-white head, with excellent retention, pulling a little chunky lace down the glass. Burst of berry aroma and malt off pour, then pineapple, and as warms aromas of tarter citrus fruits and peach, with berries and peach continuing. On tasting, begins crisp and tart citrus, then berries and pineapple, over a nice malt body, then some peach joins, all carrying into a crisp, still fruity, nicely bitter finish.
A light, fruity, crisp and refreshing treat.
