Named after the original property owner, Victor Kriegshaber, this is an American-style IPA with British Pale malt, a limited amount of American crystal malts, and loads of American hops. We have added over three pounds per barrel of Bravo, Summit, Falconer’s Flight, Cascade, Centennial, Columbus, El Dorado & Azacca hops, providing flavors of tangerine, citrus, guava & stone fruit. This is a very refreshing IPA, definitely the go-to choice for the hopheads.

This may be the last of a breed: a true West Coast IPA. I pick up a four pack of this whenever Wrecking Bar makes it available. It has an excellent hop presence and flavorful followup. It smells delicious. It may be my favorite right now.

Dark golden color. Fairly good sized tan head with some lace.
Earthy, pine aroma. Faint citrus.
Same with the taste. Pine resin, earthy. There was a little bit of grapefruit.
Hoppy.
