Comes out of the tap a pretty clear amber with a thick, fine-bubbled, yellow-ivory head. Aroma is rich and fruity with a malty undertone. Crisp, malty flavor has a fruity overtone and just a touch of woody hops. Smooth, strong body has a good amount of fizz and leaves a fruity, tingly finish. Perfect for fall, to recall the pleasures of summer (and not the horrid heat!)

Served is a tall hybrid stang/Pilsner glass.
A nice, white rocky head that hung around until finished.
Kolsch is supposed to be gulped and this one was absolutely perfect. Slight grainy taste with some dryness, but neither was over powering. The beer went down easy and left a w nice lacing on the glass.
This one is PERFECT on a hot Georgia day. I hope to get more before it runs out.

Appearance: Dropped off at the table a clear, light golden body with a fine 'poof' of white froth. Slender lace sheets on the descent.
Smell: Fine scents of dried herbs, spice, and even a small snippet of lemon peel overneath the pils malt.
Taste: Opens with a soft expression of Pilsner malt, lightly sweet, lightly grainy, and with a thin hint of honey water. Faint fruitiness. Herbal, spicy hops with a moderate amount of bitterness present. Closes out dry, crisp, with a little bit of bitterness remaining.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-plus carbonation.
Overall: A tasty Kölsch that feels fresh and is quite refreshing on a muggy summer night.
