Comes out of the tap a hazy honey yellow with a fine-bubbled palest yellowish head. Wheaty, lemony aroma has an interesting hint of hops. Wheaty, yeasty flavor has a sweet lemon undertone and overall gives a sunny impression, as if one is drinking liquid sunshine. An excellent summer brew! Full-bodied, lively, tingly texture leaves a fizzy, wheaty finish that has an underpinning of sweet lemon.

Appearance: A cloudy, dingy-looking gold body with a slim, fine-textured, white head. Scant lacing on the way down.
Smell: Lightly tangy-scented, lightly bready malted wheat nose with notes of banana and clove tea with a small hint of honey in the background.
Taste: A truly tangy taste from the wheat malt with a honeyed sweetness, though light. A clove spiciness, but also a hint of coriander follows. Lightly bitter. Hits a quick crispness at the tail end, lightly prickly, closing it out with some nice effervescence, but still unrelentingly wheaty.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-plus carbonation.
Overall: Quite tangy. A decent hefe.
