Here it is, the beer named for former BA member Ding. I have no idea how this will be. I have no idea what will happen. There will be a reckoning. Let's do it.
Appearance: Hazed, orange-yellow body with an inch of whitish foam. Good lacing.
Smell: Modest maltiness, handing out polite hints of bread, biscuit, unsalted saltines. Razor thin sweetish hint of toffee candy. Mild hops with a bit of floral, subtle citrus fruits.
Taste: Lightly bready, lightly crackery malts. Yes, and a bit biscuity, too. Hint of toffee sweetness. Floral, gently fruity hops with a reasonably light bitterness. Low sweetness to the lightly malty, soft-textured finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: A nice brew that's as touching as a Cal Ripkin story.
