looks like these guys have quite a few locations now, makes sense, its a concept that works, plus, how many beers could i drink in an average feature length film? a fair few. this has to be a profitable model! this is a strawberry gose, and its light and drinkable, neither too sour nor overly fruited, both of which i appreciate in a session beer context. gose is everywhere now, no longer a lost old world style, and so many of them have fruit too. the ones i think work the best are these, with sweeter fruits, like strawberries, mangoes, and pineapples, to offset some of the lacto sourness. this one is pretty reserved, a jammy sort of sweet strawberry and lemony tartness, clean in the souring, and with enough wheat body to keep it beery. i like the sort of desserty nature of the fruit, it doesnt bother me at all in a sour like this, and even though it might lack a little depth, its hard to argue with the flavor overall. i think its cool these styles have become mainstream, and its examples like this that really make it happen. i cant imagine anyone not at least enjoying one glass of this...

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
