Pours a cloudy Amber orange with a thick whit head. Nose is of malt, grass and light citrus. Taste of grasses, bread yeast, light fruits and light malts. A bit of a sulfer burn to it and taste of hard boiled eggs. Medium body somewhat creamy with a semi dry finish.

South County Brewing Co. "Intervals - El Dorado)
1 pint can, coded "0326 ELDORADO 5.0%ABV" and sampled on 11 April 2017
$4 @ The Fridge, Lancaster, PA
Notes: Cloudy orange/gold body beneath a bright white head that settles quickly into a creamy, dense cap. The aroma is fruity/grassy and somewhat yeasty with some chalk and mineral - there's a hint of sulphur but it's otherwise clean. The flavor is more grassy, but there's still a lot of fruit (apple, pear, plum, melon and other low-key tropical fruits). Delicately caramelish and subtly toasty malt base. Balanced rigid bitterness. Dry finish with residual malt and fruit lingering. Slight tang in the finish as well. Medium bodied with a dextrinous edge and a standard carbonation.

Pounder dated 03/26/17 into pint glass. Pours a hazy gold-amber with a nice off-white head. Initial impression is astringent citrus (mango, pineapple) and pine resin, pretty well balanced by biscuity malt. Mouthfeel is medium, as is carbonation. Finish is dry and slightly bitter. A competent if not exceptional AIPA.
