The Intervals series is a platform that allows our brewers to experience and study the ingredients that we use in brewing. As we develop new flavors and experience those nuances we can share that with others. From single hop varieties to alternate grains we want you to learn with us! Experiment, learn, repeat!

Growler into pint glass. Pours a hazy gold color with a fine-bubbled off-white head that dissipates quickly. Initial impression is a mix of citrus and tropical fruits: orange, pineapple, a hint of grapefruit, lime, mango, and maybe a touch of pine. Nicely balanced by biscuity malt. Mouthfeel is medium, as is carbonation. Finish is soft and fruity, with only a hint of lingering bitterness in the back of the throat. Quite enjoyable and, at 5.0%, a good session candidate.
