The pour yields a murky burnt orange color with a sudsy tan head. Lighter than most strong ales I’ve seen. Curiosity is piqued. The nose has strong caramel notes, and REALLY strong frappe notes. I am now bewildered, ina really good way.
The taste is really heavy on the caramel and the frappe - this is literally delicious, there is absolutely no alcohol present, but this beer will light you up if you’re not careful. Simply magnificent, IMHO.

Pounder can into snifter appears a hazy copper with white cap.
The aroma is sweet coffee, caramel and vanilla.
The taste is coffee forward with vanilla cream sweetness and slight citrus finish.
This is medium in body with modest carbonation. The flavor arrangement here is kinda mind boggling - everything about it screams stout but its a weird golden ale. Adjuncts galore and dominate whatever the base beer was. I see why these gelatos are all the rage with some people. Dont think I could finish a single can myself but I appreciate the chance to try this and to see what the fuss is about.
