Pours a very hazy grapefruit color with a significant off-white head. The nose is floral aromas and a REALLY earthy component. Yep, Hallertau Blanc hops.
The floral notes are also prominent on the taste, and the earthy notes are present, but not overtly so as they were on the nose.
If you’re looking for a fruit bomb, avoid this beer, but if you’re looking for a different take on an IPA with a hop varietal that isn’t seen very often in the style, this beer is more than worthy of a try.

Illegibly dated can (but from the brewery so how old can it be?) into pint glass. Pours a hazy straw color with a decent eggshell-white head. Initial impression is citrus, lemon rind, tropical fruits - very litle bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium, as is carbonation. Finish is smooth and non-bitter. Good but unremarkable.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
