The heaviest dry hop charge of any beer we’ve done to date, loads of oat malt and a slightly different fermentation procedure. We are seeking richness without being cloying, complete hop saturation but still pleasant. Tons of sweet citrus, clementine rind, peach tones and green pepper.

Can dated 8/9/19 into pint glass. Pours an opaquely hazy yellowish-amber with a brief thin off-white head. Initial impression is massively juicy pineapple, grapefruit, and mango with a nice caramel backbone. Mouthfeel is thick and fluffy; alcohol is well hidden. Finish yields a lingering bitterness. This one is a little too thick for my tastes.
