Notes of bright blueberry, rich peach, clementine, sweet orange pith with a warm subtle pilsner malt undertone.

From a 16oz can dated 4/14/20 into a pint glass.

Pours a very hazy, nearly opaque, pale yellow with about a finger and a half of fluffy white head. Great retention and lacing.

Smells strongly of citrus, pineapple and other tropical fruits. Picked up a hint of acidity and garlic/onion on the nose as well. It seemed to compliment the fruity sweetness.

Tastes juicy! Heavily on the citrus. No taste of the onion/garlic present in the smell. Perhaps a slight amount of acidic taste but not so much to be off putting.

Mouthfeel is super soft and just a bit thin. Not surprising for the lower 5% abv.

Overall, my first South County Brewing experience is a positive one.

Sampling a cold 16 oz can poured into my snifter. The beer was in my fridge and I forgot about it for quite a while as the canned on date is Jan 2019.
Pour is slightly cloudy honey colored with a billowy bleached white fluffy head of 4 cm foaming up even with a gentle pour. this foam sticks around as a sturdy surface layer throughout the sampling. I get lots of windowpane lattice as I swirl the glass and after each sip.
The aroma of this beer is as to be expected with hops being central and forward to the nose. I get citrus notes with a lot of citrus notes, orange and some lemon maybe too. Light nose but also some grassy notes mixed in for good measure. I get maybe a little bit of biscuit for a malty balance, but this is buried and in the background.
First sip reveals a light crisp textured body with very fine and tingly carbonation. the physical traits on this beer make it a crushable brew.
Flavor is some biscuit or scone doughyness but quickly moves to citrus hops with orange and some peach mvoing together and again the lemon I get on the nose.

this isnt a complex beer, it is easy to drink and enjoyable. Could be a good session brews if the cloudy hop forward beer is your thing and you are looking for a lower ABV.

Can dated 11/7/19 (yesterday!) into pint glass. Pours an opaquely hazy straw color with a persistent off-white head. Initial impression is a very clean and juicy IPA, with orange and peach at the forefront. Mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, not pillowy like your typical NEIPA but it has a softness that complements the flavor profile. Finish has a little dankness to it, but IMO that enhances things. Very drinkable at 5%.
