Heavily dry-hopped New England IPA, brewed almost exclusively with malted and flaked oats. This beer presents notes of bright green pepper, pineapple, peach, tangerine and mango.

Little too artificial and tropical hazy for me to latch on to. You’ve probably had one like this so I know what I mean.

Observations after the contents of a pint can were emptied into a clear glass liter mug. First, for an admittedly oat based American IPA, there's plenty of a nice aroma. It's appropriately hoppy, although it lacks the malty backbone of a traditional IPA. But the sharpness of the hops, somewhat citrusy and mostly piney helps the nose get past that omission. The taste is unusual, in that it barely misses the barley. The only thing excluded is a depth of earthiness and full body that nothing but barley can contribute to this style. That makes the sweetness more shallow and the alcohol harsher. Of course, that detracts from the mouthfeel as well. There was almost no head and absolutely no glass lacing. The color is typical of a barley deprived American IPA, dull apricot-amber, in this case, on the yellowish side. This has a West Coast IPA hop bite, a plus, but a superficially sweet counterbalance for a backbone that's so discrepant, it spoils the good. Some sediment at the bottom of the glass means it wasn't overly filtered, a plus.

Cloudy light orange with a gray-green hue and a fat finger of yellowed head. Decent retention and nice rings of lacing.

Green pepper, distant tropical fruit, herbs and Playdoh in the nose.

Sugary sweet orange and tropical notes up front in the taste. Green pepper and herbs mix-palate. Lingering doughiness competes with saccharin and some light herbal-grassy bitterness in the aftertaste.

Full bodied and creamy with tight, soft carbonation.

Not a mix of flavors that appeals to me. Love the can art though.

Normal medium golden super hazy with a somewhat thin white head look on this IPA. Sweet tropical yet dank nose on this beer, I’m intrigued. Great peach prominent fruity flavor translation with a touch of sweetness that turns slightly bitter on the finish. Thicker feel with enough carbonation to know it has some. I really could drink this brew, good stuff.

Sweet overall, but in a malty, caramely way. Lots of ripe, juicy fruit like pineapple and mango drip over the soft, oat body. My first from these folks, fresh and zesty. Can't wait for more!

Can dated 4/3/20 (yesterday) into pint glass. Pours a murky straw color with a brief off-white head. Initial impression is pineapple, mango, peach, and orange - in fact, it's reminiscent of a grapefruit smoothie. Mouthfeel is thick, soft, and pillowy; carbonation is light. Finish is fruity with only a trace of residual bitterness. Very drinkable and very enjoyable. Bought a 4-pack; shoulda bought a case!
