Strataâ„¢, formerly known as X-331, is Indie Hop's first hop variety to be released out of the Oregon State Aroma Hop Breeding Program in Corvallis, Oregon. Born in 2009, Strata is the progeny of an open-pollinated Perle located in an Oregon State experimental field at Corvallis, Oregon. Very soft, fruity, notes of mixer berry, sweet citrus and a touch of dank undertones.

Can dated 12/11/20 into pint glass. Pours a murky pale gold (SRM 3-4) with a brief off-white head. Initial impression is grapefruit, lemon zest, pine, cannabis, and an underlying hint of caramel. Mouthfeel is medium, as is carbonation. Finish is dry and eventually slightly bitter. Overall, a good showcase for the Strata hops.
