A S'mores inspired Imperial Stout. Brewed with lactose sugar, roasted malts, graham cracker, chocolate and conditioned on Madagascan vanilla. Rich, full and sweet on the palate. Notes of marshmallow, milk chocolate, Toostie roll and toasted graham cracker.

Can dated "best by 11/23" into pint glass Pours a very smooth dark brown with a brief tan head. Minimal lacing. Initial impression is milk chocolate, graham crackers, vanilla, and roasted malts. Mouthfeel is smooth and silky, with just enough heft for an Imperial Stout. Unfortunately, the finish fades to a rather unpleasantly artificial chocolate-chemical taste, which definitely detracts from the experience. Overall, I think they came close on this one, but no cigar.
