This is our take on West Coast IPA. Notes of stone fruit, lemon, citrus, dank terpenes, crisp palate and finishes with a pleasant piney bitterness. Brewed with classic hops such as Warrior and Columbus.

Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a yellow color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of citrus. Taste is orange peels, some herbal notes, moderate bitterness. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.

This was given to me by a cousin on Easter, as something to take home. Only had one other brew from South County and like that, this was certainly fine but undistinguished. As something to kick back with on another cloudy day, it sufficed but there wasn't anything particularly memorable about this.
Golden, quietly bright, and topped off with plenty of foam, this wasn't like other IPA's from this neck of the woods. Thick and wavy clumps of lacing remained as the appearance was this beer's best attribute. Dank blueberry, stone fruit, and turbid hops were in the nose as the taste was just as full of fruit patch and earthiness. The pine was subdued as this didn't feel crisp or had much of a burn, as the hops and pineapple undertone emerged once this completely warmed up. Plenty of body here with a light and persistent slickness that stuck around on my palate long after the last sip went down.
This felt stronger than it was in actuality, as the tropical fruit undertone added to the alcohol. Looked like it's best by date on the bottom of the can was 5/3, as this held up fine when fully poured out. The flavor profile was odd as a hint of band-aid and jack fruit were the lasting impressions I got from this, with the end result being an IPA worth having once during a drinking session...

Had on tap. Appears a bit hazy, the creamy looking head disappeared quickly. Typical American IPA on flover and feel. Almost more tart than biter, almost a light sour taste. Had decent citrus notes. I would have enjoyed it with more of a bite. Over all it had a smooth feel and taste even if a bit underwhelming.

Undated (WTF) can into pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy straw color with a medium off-white head. Sparse lacing. Initial impression is citrus, pineapple, mango, and tropical fruits. Mouthfeel is clean and smooth. Finish fades to a light herbal bitterness. A decent but unremarkable AIPA.
