On tap at Roc Brewing Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a grapefruity orange-ish red, super hazy, basically opaque, with a small head, and no head.
Smells like juice, not beer. There's not much in the way of sourness on the nose, just pure strawberry puree and slightly tart lemon.
I'm not sure I'd be able to tell this was juice vs beer if I wasn't told beforehand. There's no real essence of a wild ale, just a super fruit forward beer, lots of strawberry and lemon peel. As it warms, I get a *teensy* hint of bitter funk, but you gotta search for it.
This has a very juicy mouthfeel, with a normal level of carbonation.
It's hardly beer. I enjoyed it, but I definitely wish for more complexity.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
