On tap at Roc Brewing Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a clear dark-orange-ish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells surprisingly solid, with lots of bitter/tart grapefruit, some crackery malt, and grassy hops.
This is simple but very drinkable. It's got a nice firm bitterness, with a pleasant amount of grapefruit and other general citrus. There's a small bite of malt on the finish, crackery, but doesn't add a ton of flavor, just a nice backbone.
The bitterness lingers for a bit on the finish, with a good level of carbonation, and a crisp mouthfeel.
I'm definitely impressed- this works well.
