This one pours a very, very light pale yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells bitter, kinda astringent, and extremely grassy.
This is one of the worst examples of the Festbier style that I’ve ever had. It’s so bitter, almost tastes like playground woodchips and almost minty. There’s barely any malt character here, and it just feels so wildly off-style.
This is thin, watery, and just way too bitter. It’s not really drinkable, at all.
Roc Brewing is certainly not my favorite brewery, but this is still significantly worse than I could have expected.
