This beer pours a slightly hazy golden amber color with a 2 finger frothy white head. Retention is excellent and there are big chunks of hanging lacing. Smell is bland. Bready malts and slight floral earthy hop undertones. Taste is similar with a slight hop spiciness as well. Feel is light and under carbonated. Overall an ok beer, but nothing I'd buy again.

Bought a growler from AJ's Beer Warehouse on 8/28/15. Served cold in a Duvel tulip.
Look: Rich gold with white head. Nice lacing.
Smell: nice grapefruity, floral bouquet
Taste: citric rind bitterness atop a solid malt backbone
Feel: not bad
Overall: tasty, easy to drink

Poured from pitcher into standard pint glass.
A: pours a slightly hazy golden amber with a dense one finger off white head. Not too much visible carbonation, at least in this glass. Leaves some good lacing on the sides of my glass.
S: a light hoppiness with a blend of pale malts. Also some bread light doughy characteristics.
T: pretty smooth blend. Hops and English malts as the aroma eluded to, but also a decent spice flavor. Sweet malts in the background, earthy grassy hops. Well balanced. Lingering hop bitterness.
M: very easy drinking, light to medium body with ample carbonation. A little sticky on the finish from the hops but nothing that detracts.
Overall a tasty smooth brew from Roc City. Won't blow you away with any intense flavors but after a glass I didn't hesitate to snatch up a pitcher.
