A: Pours an amber reddish color. A small white head forms that sticks around as a cap, but nothing more.
S: Cereal grains, lightly toasted malts, and fruity esters in the nose.
T: Again, cereal grains, very light toasted malts, caramel malts, candied sugars, and fruit esters. Its all up front, nothing really lingers, and just OK.
M/O: A light body that is well carbonated and clean. Not a lot here that keeps me interested to come back, but certainly not bad.

I'm not exactly sure what makes this an herbal/spice beer. The website indicates some kind of red ale with chickpeas, or using a "high fermentation method" with "refined raw materials such as grass peas." Regardless, nothing outside of some very simple and light grains, sugars, and esters is noticeable. Middle of the road, which isn't entirely bad, just not much going on.

Bottle purchased in Italy for a few euros
Pours a large frothy head that fades slowly with nice lacing, semi hazy orange colour
Nose grainy malt, bread, yeast, sweet Belgian candi sugar and blond malt, little citrus and fruit, apple cider
Taste sweet blond malts, Belgian malts, little candi sugar, more sweet candy apple and apple cider, fruity, touch of alcohol, sticky sweet finish
Mouth is med to fuller bod, decent fluffy carb, little warming alcohol
Overall meh, it's got some potential but doesn't really go far, plus apple cider is meh

Dark orange, not clean. So and so foam.
Very carbonated.
Malty, caramel smell, some orange peel, and spiciness.
Anonymous taste, watery. Very low interest.
Some body, caramel in the aftertaste, but after all, useless.
Why?

Rusty brown and super cloudy, tons of carbonation, 3 fingers of head.

Caramel, red liquorice, light fruitiness, toasted malts.

Follows the nose in taste.

Medium to thin body, tons of soda like carbonation.

Unique. Chick peas? Wow, try that in your beer. It really was a well done brew, coming in a classy bottle with a classy label. Drank in Bangkok Jan 13th, 2016.

Pours cloudy orange/copper, two finger head reduces to a thin lacing fast, sticky.
Caramel and slight vanilla in the nose, along with toasted malts. Citrus notes and some low hops too.
Not as sweet as expected from the smell: granted, caramel malts are mainly present, plus there are some hints of floral honey, but there's mostly a white wine musty dryness covering it all. Citrus zest also, with lime, oranges and slight grapefruit. Big herbal notes, lots of grass, green hay and grains (especially after more sips). Vanilla is very faint, but there's lots of citrus peel. The hops are not so great in the finish, though mildly bitter. Not as noble as promoted, a bit metallic and earthy.
Gets a bit sweeter and perffumey as it warms. Still a bit too dry in the finish. Lower fizz would have helped also, it's a bit too much, considering the mustiness and crispness. It feels a bit like a very rough champagne.
Not bad, but still expected more for the price. Can't say what the added cicerchia beans did exactly, as i don't even know what they taste like. Maybe the big "greenness" of the whole beer, which was not entirely bad.

Pours a cloudy, dark golden orange color with a 2.5 finger yellowish-beige head that quickly settles into a lasting ring.  Streaks of spotty lacing left behind.

Earthy, musty aroma with toasted malt, soily hops and grainy adjuncts.  Slightly smokey with hints of biscuit, toffee, caramel and really pungent, dirty hops.

Medium bodied with crisp carbonation and a decent balance of roasted malt, dark fruit and earthy hops.  Hops are dry and earthy but more pleasant than the aroma suggests.  Not dirty/soil-like but dry and bitter with decent pine needle flavor.  Not really complex though with no sweeter hop notes balancing things out.  Perfume like with some grainy adjunct sweetness and subtly toasted malt.  Hints of bread, cramel and toffee as well as some apricot and light fruit sweetness.  Finishes slightly dry.  Not great but decently balanced and drinkable.
