Very fresh, it was recently got out of the tanks and drank at the brewery.
Amber color with practically no head.
Aroma of guaraná soda, fresh tea leaves, nectarines, lemon grass and some molasses.
Flavor of dank hops, tons of molasses, cinnamon, a fair amount of yeasty, fresh grass, overripe tangerines, toasted malts and sweet passion fruit flowers. Dry aftertaste with a low to medium bitterness.
Medium body with mild carbonation. Alcohol of 6.7% is completely absent.
Not a bad English IPA, but I felt this has lots of dank hops with low alpha acids and it is a bit on the sweet side given the highlighted molasses. Also not my favorite profile of hops.
