Dark brown color with a thin head.
Nice chocolatey aroma with notes of cocoa, dark chocolate, lots of nuts and a bit of coffee.
Flavor with notes of cocoa, wood, milk powder, expresso and vanilla. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 10% is superbly disguised.
This Imperial Stout delivered the promised cocoa notes along with its traditional roasted and yeast notes.
