Amber color with a huge thick head that filled almost all the glass with eternal retention and leaving strong laces.
Aroma with notes of lemongrass, lime, and other expected Sorachi hops notes.
Flavor with notes of lemon, lime, lemongrass, mild spices and lots of green tea leaves. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation. Not very Brut feeling, likely given it made a lot of head initially.
Sorachi beer juice with lots of green tea and citrusy Sorachi notes. Nice Brut IPA. A must try for Sorachi hops lovers
