Brown color with a thick beige head with great retention.
Aroma with notes of cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, lemon drops and caramels.
Flavor with notes of cinnamon, caramels, cardamom, cloves, anis, biscuit and lemon. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness, but still balanced.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Decent beer for Christmas with lots of biscuit, lemony and spicy notes.
