Appearance of a white wine, practically with no head.
Sour aroma with lots of predominant white wine notes.
Flavor with notes of Sorachi and Sauvignon hops (even if the recipe does not have them), some Yakult, lots of white grapes, wheat and pineapple. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Hard to deny its white wine resemblance to this elegant Sour. Very well executed.
