Golden color with a thick thin head with decent retention.
Mild aroma with notes of honey, white bread and chamomile.
Flavor with clear notes of chamomile, lemongrass, faint honey, citrusy and floral hops, white bread and yellow fruits. Dry aftertaste with a mild to medium bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation. With 3.4% abv, I thought it would be quite thin, but it is not.
Very easy to drink Kolsch that reminds our traditional Brazilian herbal tea.
