Slightly hazy amber color with a huge head with great retention.
Aroma with notes of lemon, white grapes and melon.
Likewise, flavor with notes of lemon, green melon, grapes and white bread. Dry aftertaste with a low to medium bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
The choice hops went well with the white grapes, though I felt that the Sorachi hops were quite dominant over the recipe.
