Being hold this for five years until suggested validation date.
Brown color with a very thin head.
Aroma with notes of prunes on caramel, roasted coconut, brown sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
Flavor with notes of prunes, herbal and earthy hops, almonds, candied fruits and cinnamon. Dry and bitter aftertaste, a little syrupy.
Medium towards full body with low carbonation. Alcohol of 12% is reasonably hidden. It gives a slight warming sensation.
Belgium Dark Strong Ale with relative medium complexity and within style. Hard to say what is the missing piece towards perfection, maybe the damn millennium yeast and something else to wake the senses over the malty sugary base.
