Mild bitterness, citrusy, refreshing.
Not the fullest tasting beer, not complex.
A little sourness at the end, watery
Recommend drinking it colder, 1~3°c. Would be a great beach beer
Head retention was disappointing

Light yellow color with a huge thick head with good retention.
Aroma with notes of lemon (Sorachi like), faint sourness and white fruits.
Flavor with notes of white fruits, lemon (again towards Sorachi, maybe coriander), white pepper and wheat. Dry aftertaste with mild bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Citrusy and refreshing Pale Ale with white fruits, lemon and peppery notes.
