This magical beer has two cavaliers of Mosaic lupulin, made from many Amarilo hops, Citra and Simcoe, with a balance of two Pilsen, Munich, Carapils malts, wheat malt and 6.1 Abv.
It is an American IPA, with a refreshing clear color and a high load of citrus hops and a medium bitterness that confers refreshment, ideal to enjoy at lunch, dinner, steak... OR ALL DAY!
With an explosive dry-hopping, besides Partial-hopping that only a part of the beer receives a large load of hops at low temperatures.

Amber color with a thin head with short retention. Not hazy.
Nice aroma with notes of passion fruit, slightly toasted malts, mango, pineapple, mild dank and a bit of spices.
Flavor with notes of pine, mango, a bit of dank green notes, apples, passion fruit and malt sweetness. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Decent American IPA (NEIPA) that is quite easy to drink with a classic recipe. It could be sure bolder, though.
