Golden color with a thick head with decent retention.
Aroma with notes of citrus, some pine, wheat and pineapple.
Flavor with notes of grapefruit, oranges, wheat and pine. Once you know there is Jambu in the recipe, I think I can sense the missing piece that differentiates it a bit. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Light, refreshing and citrusy American IPA with some Jambu notes.
