Our wheat beer is made with wheat ... really. But that’s not what makes it great. What makes it great is the Amarillo hops which give it a light lemon aroma. It’s an American style wheat made with American wheat yeast in America ... right here in the Heartland.

22oz bottle, no freshness date
L - cloudy yellow-orange colored body topped with a creamy white head that holds decent retention
S - earthy, floral aroma with lemon-orange citrus, wheat, nutty yeast
T - citric with orange, lemon, and grapefruit piths, earthy, lemongrass, wheat, a bit spicy and nutty from the yeast, faint banana in there as well. But the flavors don't meld that well making it more difficult to drink
F - medium body, lower carbonation, finishes fairly clean, but more bitter than it needs to be with a sort of fresh hop (out of the bag) taste that lingers rather harshly
O - not a fan of this one. It could be lighter bodied, more effervescent, and less harsh.

650ml bomber poured into a pint glass. Standard cloudy golden pour with a light head and minimal lacing, typical of this style. Lots of continuing effervescence. I was unable to detect much aroma, but what I did catch smelled clean and fresh, perhaps light notes of citrus.
This brew had an interesting, unexpected clean flavor and a very dry finish. I caught notes of fresh bread and a very faint lemon note lingering in the background. This was a very refreshing, light brew best enjoyed on a hot summer day. Nothing spectacular, but a great warm-weather beer. I'll buy it again in the future.

Pale yellow to tan with just a touch of haze. A small fizzy white head disappears almost immediately and doesn't leave much lacing.
Aroma is lemony with citrus peel, wheat, bready malts and some crisp hops. Not quite what I expected, but nice.
Taste is pretty good, lots of lemony citrus, plenty of wheat and grass, a bit of banana and light fruits, a little bit of crispy hops, and some biscuit malts.
Body is very light and slightly slick, a little on the watery side. Carbonation is light and could be creamier.
It's a very easy to drink and refreshing beer, but could probably use a little tweaking. Not bad tho.
