I am with a previous reviewer... there is indeed a whiff of Belgian-ness but after that straight into English IPA with earthy malts. And now i am drinking it chilled :-(
However.....
After it warms the Belgian yeast profile comes thru.
However, beer is not supposed to be this complicated :-(

330ml bottle poured into tulip
L - amber, clear, very thin white lacing
S - herbs (cinnamon, pepper), earthy malts with belgian yeast and dark fruits (plums)
T - caramel malts through the whole taste, yeasty up front, but with a pepper and fruity hoppiness towards the back
F -low carbonation for an IPA, medium bodied, slick finish
O - more like an IPA. Other than a whiff of belgian yeasts, notmuch belgian influence is here. Good beverage though.
