Pink Boots Hop Blend Pale Ale 2022.
Appearance - Pours a copper with two fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - earthy, leafy, piney, floral, herbal, and citrus hops, citrus and grapefruit peel, hint of pine resin, caramel, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy, leafy, piney, floral, herbal, and citrus hops upfront. The citrus and grapefruit come through next alongside the hint of pine resin. The caramel, bready malts, and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes crisp and sticky from the hops.
Overall - An easy drinking and well curated APA that delivers on the hop front. Doctor's Orders is an appropriate for this one as I could easily have multiple cans of this. It would be nice to try this on tap and compare but well done for this year's Pink Boots Society brew!
