One of Grizzly Paw's newest seasonals.
On tap at the restaurant.
Appearance- Pours a dark copper with a thin white head.
Smell- Caramalts, piney hops, pine resin, tropical fruits.
Taste- Caramalts then hit right away with nice bitter piney hops, pine resin, and tropical fruits. Finishes with a pleasant bitterness.
Mouthfeel- Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall- Nice to see Grizzly Paw step up their game with this seasonal. Excellent hop bitterness and tropical fruits make this a stellar American IPA. It would be nice to see this bottled in the future. If you are around the brewpub, give this a go while it lasts.
