Had on tap. Again I find the wataku hops to be a great hops to go in hazy ipas. Goes perfectly with the citra and amarillo, together providing a nice hop resin and spice to go with the crazy juicy mandarin oranges, along with the hints of lime and grapefruit. Feel is borderline acidic wheat on the end, matching the radioactive bright yellow cloudy pour.

Cloudy yellow-gold in color with frothy white head. Aroma is full.of orange and light orange pith. Beer is velvety smooth with points of Mandarin oranges and other citrus. Clean refreshing finish with just a bit of lingering orange at the very end. Hops take a back seat to this one.

Pours a cloudy maize color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of citrus, floral hops, citrus hops, hint of sweet malt, and a hint of yeast. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. There is an elevated tartness but not an elevated bitterness. Tastes of citrus, floral hops, citrus hops, hint of sweet malt, and slight earthiness. Overall, weak body, lacking complexity, but good aroma and freshness.

Straw color with significant white head that dissipates. Very hoppy aroma. The taste is a very standard hoppy IPA that has nothing special to offer. A little disappointing for perennial.
