In collab with the Craft Beer Cellar, a local bottle shop/bar. Canned just less than a month ago. Popped the can to some foaming out the top, and can smell some apricot already. Pretty impressive bubbly white head seeped up over a super hazy bright yellow body, some bits of lacing and a small bit of floaty bubbles left now. Aroma is classic Gose with hints of apricots, which really works well against the sourness. Taste follows, with a nice balance of salt and spice, some fruitiness from the apricot and wheat. Slightly tart, very enjoyable. It's pretty full bodied for how refreshing it drinks, finishes with a lingering tartness and some salt and overall quite nice.
