IPA brewed with pilsner malt, flaked oats, spelt and Chilean-grown Vienna malt. Dry-hopped heavily with Simcoe, with a touch of Mosaic and Chinook to round it all out.

poured from a 16oz can into an IPA spiegelau glass. pours a hazy milky gold with two fingers of frothy white head. smell is a bouquet of tropical fruit with a dash of pine. taste is similar with more pronounced piney bitterness on the back end. mouthfeel is full with a lower level of carbonation. very smooth and easy drinking at 7%. this is Perennial‘s best IPA.
