Collaboration with Hop Butcher For The World
Thoroughly New is a new hazy IPA we brewed with our bud Jude from Hop Butcher! Dry-hopped with a 40/40/20 blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Strata, this beer reminds us of dank smells at Seger shows, the syrup from Tropical Blend fruit cups, drinking frozen pineapple drinks out of pineapples on the beach, and Winterland ‘73.

Summer 2019 batch; drank 7/12/19 @ the Beer Temple.

poured from a 16oz can into a snifter. pours a hazy orange with minimal head. smells of fresh citrus and subtle coconut. taste is similar with an additional, unplaced spiciness. feel is decent but lacks a bit on the finish. overall, this combination of hops and breweries works well. fantastic IPA that’s beyond perfect for late spring / early summer.
