Polite Nodding is our next “Hazy Lite” rolling out of the brewery. Each displays a sturdy malt bill with this version featuring Ekuanot Cryo & Citra. Notes of citrus, honeydew, fresh cut grass, and the dankness, with a cereal finish to balance.

On tap at Spokeasy Public House
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and leaves some nice lacing.
S: Grassy, zesty citrus, light tropical fruit, and crackery malt. Bright and pretty straight forward.
T: Zesty citrus, grapefruit, lemon, and lime, grassy herbal notes, light tropical fruit, apricot and passion fruit with a hint of pineapple and melon, crackery malt, and a dry finish.
M: A bit on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Really more of a Cellarmaker style pale ale than an IPA, but I'll take it. Super bright and refreshing.
