Double dry-hopped Double IPA brewed with gobs of flaked oats and touch of Vienna Malt. Hopped early in fermentation with Simcoe Cyro, and then crushed with more Simcoe, Centennial and Amarillo at the tail end of fermentation. Drinking this beer reminds us of eating brûléed grapefruits during the first snowfall, Simcoe encrusted orange slices after a morning of powder skiing, and riding on the back of firetrucks with Paul Simon playing.
