A Munich-style Helles lager that we brewed for our buds over at Craft Beer Cellar. We utilized a step mash to ensure a crispy light finish, but still keep some desired body to the finished beer. Brewed with only German ingredients and lagered at chilly temps for 6 weeks before packaging. This beer reminds us of beer flavored beer, zippy crackers, using mineral water to hydrate your early summer veggie garden and buying all the Gueze and Blaugies from CBC South City.

poured from a 16oz can into a willi becher pint glass. pours clear gold with a thick foamy head that disappears just as quickly as it arrived. aromas of bread and lemons. taste is similar with a smooth and full mouthfeel. it’s got that signature perennial farmhouse bite to it that pils has too, although this has much less of it. really enjoyable.
