We took our base IPA and stuffed in a trifecta of dank cryo-processed hops. The result is a stiff can of pineapple juice with a pillowy-soft finish that will leave you asking for more. Take a cold-weather hike and lay down on a bed of pine boughs. Blanket yourself in candied apricots, mandarin zest and tuck in under a monster pile of leaves. Reminds us of building blanket forts so big you can get lost inside them.

I’m not an IPA drinker. I tried this with my friend in St. Louis and it smelled hoppy and piney. It tasted like a lager initially but the after taste is that bitterness that is absolutely disgusting to me. I love Perennial though!

Amarillo/Simcoe/Idaho 7

A: Hazy straw yellow with off white head
S: Awesome. Green herbal citrus outlined by pineapple
T: Follows the aroma with very little bitter
MF: Rather soft and really lets the aroma shine
Overall: Perfectly underwhelming. The aroma is the star. Great single hazy

Straw yellow in color with a light haziness. There’s an inch of frothy and creamy off white on top. The aroma is of melon, lemon, and lime. I’m tasting lemon, lime, and melon. The mouth is crisp, refreshing, and smooth.

Pours a bright golden yellow with a bright white head. Lacing lasts for the duration of the beer. Fairly strong aroma of pineapple. Initial sip is fairly sweet and full bodied. Each sip finishes dry with some bitterness. Balance between east coast hop presence and west coast dryness. Super enjoyable beer.

I love the dry finish of this beer. I was afraid it would be bland but it’s like an IPA blended with a saison and kept the best of both. Fruity start and dry finish are really pleasant. The body is soft, color is muted and pale.

Very light yellow color with a great pineapple citrus fruit smell. The taste is juicy with crisp finish. The finish is soft and not acidic. The hop flavor is strong without being really bitter. Overall this is an awesome beer,

This is not a super hoppy IPA but has the aroma is great. I am assuming this is due to the use of cryo hops. This seems like a great example of what can be done with cryo hops.
