Cloudy copper orange body, big lactic presence up front that's smoothed out by tropical fruit, raspberry and a bit of cherry skin tartness. Light biscuit sweetness. Medium lighter body, fruity and lactic finish.

Pours a nice coral color with moderate sized foamy head, fizzy and disappears quick.
Sweet wine, hints of toasted wood and sherry....floral rush of berries and thistle.
Light and effervescent.
Sour/musty leaning as the grape character is the dominant overtone...Welch's grape fruit snacks becoming quite tart with underripe raspberries. Very dry and woody must like eating the seeds of a concord grape before leaving a light spice on the palate...chili dusted mango. Some bursts of lactose like funk.

poured from a 375mL into a stemless wine glass. pours a weird pink like a distant sunset but with some fog or haze. minimal foam. super funk and some fruit on the nose. lambic almost. taste is similar. fruity and funky. medium-full mouthfeel. spritzy and carbonated. good but very dry and quite sour.
